ELECTRIC DAISY CARNIVAL  – JUNE 17, 18, 19

Hundreds of thousands will again flock to Las Vegas for the return of Electric Daisy Carnival.

Held for the fifth year at the Las Vegas Motor Speedway, EDC is one of the largest events of its kind in the world featuring over 200 DJs, 500 theatrical performers, carnival rides, large-scale art installations, state-of-the-art lighting and sound production across seven stages, and fireworks at the close of each evening.

Surrounding the three-day festival is EDC Week, which includes a variety of club shows, pool parties, and the fifth annual EDMbiz conference for electronic music professionals. This year’s EDC Week is set for June 13-20, 2016.

Venues across the strip will serve host to events, including Hakkasan and Wet Republic at MGM Grand, The Light and Daylight Beach Club at Mandalay Bay, XS and Surrender at Encore, Omnia at Caesars Palace, Marquee at the Cosmopolitan, Drai’s Nightclub and Drai’s Beach Club at the Cromwell, Foxtail at SLS, TAO at the Venetian, and more…

EDC – is Insomniac’s flagship festival and was winner of the Best International Dance Festival award at the 2011 Ibiza DJ Awards. After a 10 year run in Los Angeles, in 2011 the festival expanded to three days, moved to Las Vegas and signed a 10 year contract at the Las Vegas Motor Speedway.

EDC Week (June 14-20) will feature performances by the majority of the lineup at various venues throughout town, so even if you can’t get tickets to the festival itself, it’s still worth a trip to Sin City for some pre-event fun.

The second EDC Week Charity Auction is now live, offering Headliners the opportunity to bid on incredible, once-in-a-lifetime experiences surrounding EDC Las Vegas – all to raise funds for local charity, The Shade Tree. The EDC Charity Week Auction will run now through Thursday, May 12 at 12 a.m. (PDT). Additional experiences surrounding artist-related auction items will be revealed on Monday, May 2 at 12 p.m. (PDT).
